The Price for up to 4 people is AU$1,100.00 including a set of linen for each bed. If the house is booked for more than 4 people the price is AU$100 per week extra to a maximum of 8 people.
A cleaning charge of AU$120.00 per stay is also required.
25% deposit of the full payment is required at the time of booking with the balance due within 60 days of start date.
A security deposit of AU$400 is also due prior to start of holiday. This can be done by you writing a cheque to us for this amount in Australian dollars. This cheque will be held by us and returned to you by post after the end of your stay. The cheque will not be cashed except in the case of damages, or you can put it into the account with your payment. Any accidental damages should be reported to us as soon as possible.
The house rents all year round: between the months of May through to the end of September the price per week is as above. Please note for the winter months of October through & including April we charge AUD$120 per week extra for all heating, so you need to add that to the initial house cost if booking in the winter months.
With ALL bookings the following applies - If the property is not left in a clean & tidy state as you found it, expect your security deposit to have the extra cleaning charge deducted from it.
This site is priced in AUSTRALIAN DOLLARS if there is a dramatic change in the price of Euro this Australian Dollar price will change. This will only happen to the remaining balance on your booking.
To book the house, please fill out the Booking Enquires Form on this web site. Graeme or Lisa will then get back to you via phone or email within 24 hours to verify this booking, the booking will not been marked as confirmed until your deposit has been received.
When booking, if your departure date is more than 60 days away, then the payment can be a deposit. If it is 60 days or less then final payment and security deposit will need to be paid.
When travelling, Travellers cheques can be a problem to cash so we suggest using ATMs as they are the easier way for cash - have your Visa or Debit card arranged for overseas transactions. ATMs mostly "speak English" so there should not be a problem.
